The Chartered Quality Institute will stage the 'quality' event of the year in Central London on Wednesday 30 November 2011. The conference aims to drive forward the quality agenda and highlight how it contributes to business success.


Quality management will ensure the effective design of processes that verify customer needs, plan product life cycle and design, produce and deliver the product or service.
