How can I register for the conference?

Will I receive a confirmation?
A confirmation email will be sent to the contact email provided on your booking form.
Are there discounts on multiple registrations?
For groups of 5 or more bookings made at the same time, from the same organisation please call 020 7324 2764 for information on discounts available.
Will speaker presentations be available at the conference?
These will not be provided in delegate packs due to the sheer volume. Most presentations, where a speaker has given permission, will be available on the website after the conference.
When do I need to pay for the conference?
All bookings must be paid for before the conference.
How can I pay for the conference?
You can pay by BACS, credit card or cheque (please make cheques payable to REDACTIVE EVENTS LIMITED).
How many delegates usually attend the conference?
This is the inaugural CQI conference and we are aiming to host 200 delegates, exhibitors and sponsors over the course of the day.
What should I wear?
The dress code is business attire.
Do you have any special rates for Hotels near the venue?
Special requests
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any special dietary or access needs. Any requests made at the conference may not be able to be catered for.
When will I receive joining instructions for the conference?
All joining instructions will be sent via email 2 weeks prior to the event. Information regarding the programme, workshops, venue and accommodation can be found on this site.
When will I receive my delegate pack and name badge?
You will receive these at the registration desk on the day of the conference.
What are your cancellation and substitution policies?
Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee up to 30 days before the event. If you cancel later than this, the full payment will be forfeited. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Delegate Cancellation Policy:
• Less than three months but more than one month prior to the event 50% of total fees
• Less than 1 month prior to the event 100% of total fees
Written notification of intent to cancel must be sent to Redactive Events Limited by recorded delivery.
